A six-time Super Lawyers Rising Star, attorney Kimberly Olson Lind has more than a decade of experience in employment law and is the owner of the Long Beach, California-based practice KO Legal. She has additional experience in real estate and bankruptcy law. In her work as an attorney, Kimberly Olson Lind has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts for her clients in cases involving discrimination, wage and hour, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.

 

Prior to launching KO Legal in 2012, Ms. Lind worked for two years at the City of Santa Ana as commissioner of the Environmental and Transportation Advisory Committee. Before that, she was a bankruptcy law clerk at the Law Office of Andrew K. Mauthe. She has additional clerkship experience at Sessions & Kimball and the Law Office of Tracy Ettinghoff.

 

She received her juris doctor from Whittier Law School, where she was a senior member of the Whittier Law Journal of Child and Family Advocacy and a research assistant to associate dean Martin Pritikin. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and comparative literature from Chapman University, where she was a member of the school's mock trial team.
